Note - the days off are intentional! Take rest and recovery days on Day 4, Day 7, and Day 8. This Program is unfortunately not prenatal friendly. Add the props and weights to level-up, however this entire program can also be completed using no props at all. I, myself, will be continuing to use this program to level-up for my own wedding this September. Have fun!

    Grab a chair and a towel - get ready for these Fire Legs. Add ankle weights to level-up.

  • Wedding Strong Sculpt Program - Day 5

    Get ready for some FIRE arms and obliques. Props - a resistance loop band, yoga mat, and a towel. Add lightweights to level-up.

  • Wedding Strong Sculpt Program - Day 6

    Buckle Up - this is a fun remix! We start with a fire full-body on your mat routine, followed by deep pilates abs. Remember - consistency is key. Have fun! All you need is a mat and 2/3 pound lightweights, add ankle weights to level-up.

  • Wedding Strong Sculpt Program - Day 9

    Get ready for a full-body REMIX! We start beat-based, then take it into smoldering fire abs. All you need are lightweights and a mat, add ankle weights to level-up.

  • Wedding Strong Sculpt Program - Day 10 (Final Day!)

    Psst ... I may have saved my absolute favorite routine for the very end. Save this to "My List" if you love it as much as I do! Props - a chair, 2/3 pound lightweights. Add ankle weights to level-up.
