Props - lightweights.

Power Pilates Program Day 2 - #SILBooty
Props - Just a yoga mat. Add sneakers or ankle weights for more intensity.

Power Pilates Program Day 3 - Gorgeous Glutes
Props - just a chair. Add ankle weights for more intensity.

Power Pilates Program Day 4 - Pilates Arms
Props - lightweights (2-3 pounds or 1-1.5 kg).

Props - 2 thick socks or gliders.

Props - 5 pounds or 1.5-2kg weights.
