Something to work up to - so many of you have been asking me for this, and it's finally here! Try this workout without any props to start, and then maybe add in one at a time. The mind-body connection it takes to complete this is what makes it advanced, not the actual choreography, so I dedicate this to those who love a challenge. Do we want more of these?
