Welcome to 14 days of lower body FIRE! This unique blend of 5-15 minutes a day of stylized barre/pilates exercises will leave your lower body feeling more defined that ever. No props necessarily are needed, however if you would like to level-up feel free to add ankle weights. This challenge is prenatal and postnatal friendly.
