J'ai la pêche! (Life is peachy when you're working out in the French Riviera). This was such a treat to film, and one of my favorite workouts to do when traveling as it truly blends strength, gentle cardio, flexibility, and balance challenges to create an escape on my mat that helps me to feel the best in my silhouette. Intensity - Strong. Props - a yoga mat, lightweights, and a chair. Style - Silhouette™. This was filmed in Vence, France. C'est la vie!
